整体式挡土墙 Unitary retaining wall

  整体式挡土墙主要由现浇(喷射)墙面、加筋材料和回填土体组成的一种加筋土挡墙。
  Unitary retaining wall is a kind of reinforced earth retaining wall which is mainly composed of cast-in-place (injection) wall, reinforced materials and backfill.
技术原理 Technical principle
  整体式加筋土挡墙主要是依靠回填土与加筋材料间的摩擦力反包临时墙面结构以承受后方填土的压力,采用现浇(喷射)钢筋混凝土面层以形成永久性墙面。通常反包的临时墙面采用塑料编织袋内装级配碎石错缝堆砌形成,在加筋体施工中可做为临时墙面,在外部墙面防护形成后可作为挡墙排水措施。整体式加筋土挡土墙采用整体钢塑土工格栅作为加筋材料。
  Unitary retaining wall mainly depends on the friction between backfilled soil and reinforced material to pack the temporary wall structures to withstand the pressure of backfill, using cast-in-place (injection) reinforced concrete surface layer to form a permanent walls. Usually, the staggered stacking plastic woven bags which contain graded broken stone are used to form the anti package temporary wall. During the reinforcement construction it can be used as a temporary wall. After the formation of external wall protection it can be used as retaining wall drainage measures. Unitary retaining wall uses overall steel plastic geogrid as reinforced material.  
结构优势 Advantages of structure
  由于整体式加筋土挡墙墙面部分为加筋体完成后再进行浇注(喷射),该结构可适应一定的变形,且加筋体可以很快完成,可大大缩短工期,另外还具有对地基要求低、施工简单、减少土方量、降低造价等优点。整体式加筋土挡墙墙面坡率可为45至90度间任意坡率。
  Because of the wall surface of unitary reinforced earth retaining wall will be poured (injected) after reinforcement completed, the structure can adapt to a certain degree of deformation. While the reinforcement can be done quickly, the construction period can be greatly shortened. In addition, it has advantages of low requirement for foundation, simple construction, earthwork transportation reduction, cost saving, etc. The slope ratio of Unitary reinforced earth retaining wall  can range from 45 to 90 degrees.
适用范围 Scope of application
  整体式加筋土挡土墙通常建造在对于工期要求急,对外观要求不高的公路工程、铁路工程、矿山工程、工业场地或石料缺乏的地区,同时可满足永久性工程需要。
  The unitary reinforced earth retaining wall is usually built in areas which has high requirement for construction period, or has low requirement for appearance such as highway engineering railway engineering, mine engineering, industrial site or stone deficient area, which can meet the need of the permanent works.
